Duties:

- Assist with medical receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records

- Provide general office support, including photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents

- Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and coordinating team efforts

- Proven experience in administrative roles or related positions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
