Day in the life of an Event Sous Chef:

As an Event Sous Chef, you'll work closely with our Executive Sous Chef and Production Chef to ensure that our culinary offerings are both delectable and delivered on time with top-notch quality. You'll play a key role in leading and mentoring our talented staff and overseeing the execution of off-site events. Additionally, you'll have the chance to contribute your creative touch to our recipe decks, assisting in their standardization and development. • Operate with a sense of teamwork and urgency
