Luxer One has lockers in several thousand multifamily complexes nationwide and is constantly developing new technology and patents to improve the way people receive packages.
Luxer One is growing! We're seeking an enthusiastic, customer-centric, Senior Account Manager(SAM) to join our team. In this role, you'll address our resident and property inquiries and helptroubleshoot our systems. As a member of our support team, you will be a key touchpoint for Luxer One and our end-users.

Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting 1000 Multifamily properties
- Conduct health-checks and proactive visits
- Record and host webinars, live trainings,
- Develop long term relationships to promote growth for customers
- Maintain an uptime of >99%
- Deliver an NPS score of 65 or greater
- Identify opportunities for automation and self-service
Requirements
Required skills:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Highly motivated to live the Core Values of Luxer One
- Highly organized with proficient attention to detail
- Great computer skills; a fast learner who can use a variety of software tools
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, courteous phone presence
- Strong listening and responding skills
- Dependable with a willingness to learn
Preferred experience:
- Customer service industry: 6-12 months
- Call Center experience preferred
