Our client in the construction sector is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager, Post-Acquisition Integration - this is a newly created position!

Please note that this position will be in-office in Charlotte, NC 3 days per week.

You will report to the Director of Finance and you will coordinate seamless integration processes with the deal, dilligence, and accounting teams. Additionally, you'll onboard each new acquisition onto the finance tech stack, coordinate audits and related financial disclosures for transactions, and continually improve the onboarding process.

You must have:

• At least 4 years of public experience or 6 years of pubic/private experience - ideal backgrounds are from TAAG/TAS, Advisory, Mangement Consulting, or Private Equity
• Prior experience onboarding acquisitions
• ASC 805
