In search of a Director of Customer Service for a luxury wholesale company. The ideal candidate will have experience creating a top notch customer service experience program, training, executing and tracking the program. The role with oversee customer service and also work very closely with sales, marketing and claims.

· At least five years of management experience in a wholesale/retail environment is required.
