In search of a Director of Customer Service for a luxury wholesale company. The ideal candidate will have experience creating a top notch customer service experience program, training, executing and tracking the program. The role with oversee customer service and also work very closely with sales, marketing and claims.

Role: Director of Customer Service

Salary: $170-$180k discretionary bonus

Location: City of Industry, CA 91745

Must Haves:

• College degree in related field and at least 5 years experience in wholesale/retail environment
• Experience in cross functional excellence; working with sales, marketing, claims
• Experience creating, implementing and tracking a customer service experience

Responsibilities

· Create and implement customer service program

· Develop training program and manage productivity 

· Work with marketing to gather customer feedback

· At least five years of management experience in a wholesale/retail environment is required.
