Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships
- Technical sales experience, preferably in the technology industry
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
