Job Summary:
Must enjoy talking with people on the phone and helping to provide consultative solutions. Clients are nationwide will be looking to add laser engraving capabilities to an established business or start a new engraving business.
As a SAL sales representative, you will utilize our lead system to engage potential customers, showcasing the benefits of our cutting-edge products and services, as well as our industry leading support. We are seeking individuals who embody enthusiasm for our company's vision and are adept at conveying this passion in every customer interaction.

Job Responsibilities:
- Immerse yourself in laser technology and capability. Learn the competitive landscape and key advantages SAL offers clients. Be driven to become a subject matter expert on our laser engraving machines and services.
- Initiate contact with leads acquired from social media posts, marketing campaigns, and trade show events. Evaluate customer needs, address inquiries, and present tailored solutions from our diverse portfolio.
- Proactively initiate and handle cold calls to potential clients with confidence, employing effective communication skills to introduce our products, address inquiries, and generate interest.
- Utilize scripted emails and talking points for structured interactions, while also having the flexibility to go off-script to build genuine relationships and address customer questions.
- Advise prospective and existing customers, addressing concerns and questions related to purchased products.
- Maintain an updated customer database, recording relevant information after each interaction to create accurate and detailed customer profiles.
- Complete necessary forms and logs, ensuring the creation of comprehensive customer files that provide valuable insights into the target audience.
- Adhere to organizational standards to uphold the quality of service and ensure customers consistently receive exceptional support.
- Foster a positive office environment by encouraging team collaboration and adopting a team-oriented mentality.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in telephone sales.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Professional appearance, language, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Credibility, energy, flexibility, adaptability, self-confidence, and determination.
