Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective market strategies and client relationship management.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Manage accounts and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in outside sales and account management preferred
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus
- Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous for engaging with a diverse customer base
