LTK USA is Hiring a Creator Success Lead Near Sydney, FL

Position Title: Creator Success, Lead 

About the role

  • At a stage of hypergrowth, LTK, the world's largest creator monetisation platform, is looking for a Creator Success, Lead to set and oversee the recruitment and growth strategy for our Creator Success Team in Australia. The Creator Success Team comprises to two account executives who report into Lead. As lead, you will be responsible for providing support, leadership and guidance to your team in order to help them prioritise their workload and meet their targets. 

    In this role you will need to analyse data and trends on a weekly basis in order to identify potential growth opportunities that will inform our creator development and expansion strategies. The ideal candidate is expected to have an analytical mindset and a strong understanding of performance marketing in order to leverage LTK insights and devise high impact initiatives that will drive creator recruitment, growth and retention. You and your team will be expected to implement these initiatives as well as assess and report back on the impact of this work. 

    In addition to leading the CS team, this role will own a small portfolio of approximately 50 high-potential creators and agencies. 1:1 meetings are an important part of any role on the Creator Success team and so strong communication skills are essential. You will partner closely with influencers and agencies alike to empower them with the best information, education and insights needed to scale their business and grow their earnings. 

    We are looking for an individual who can work well under pressure, is flexible and easily able to multi-task and re-prioritize when necessary. The number one quality we are looking for is someone with intrinsic motivation to get work done.This individual must ensure that information is presented accurately, appropriately, and that reporting requirements and deadlines are met in a timely fashion.

How you will make an impact

  • As CS Lead, you are the point person for all cross-functional teams including Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Accounting and Senior Management. You will need to work closely with these teams to ensure they deliver the appropriate support our creators need in the market. 
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to set, oversee and monitor targets and goals for your team.
  • Proactively update the Managing Director on OKRs and trend analysis of teams. 
  • Work closely with global Creator Success and Brand teams on ad hoc campaigns and developing best practices for our market. 
  • Oversee our creator communications strategy with the Marketing Team. Feed this back to your team so that they can localize any marketing materials for LTK creators (push notifications, onboarding flows, newsletters, etc)
  • Oversee Australia’s recruitment strategy (driven by your team’s account executives) to ensure we hit our company OKRs. 
  • Set monthly targets for Account Executives as it relates to weekly onboarding, and communications with creators via events, calls, meetings, and outbound communications.
  • As lead, you will own and manage a portfolio of the top 50 influencer and agency accounts. You will be responsible for nurturing these relationships and ensuring we offer our top creators and agents premium service. 
  • Analyze performance of their LTK business on a weekly basis and recommend tactics that will help them meet/exceed their goals.
  • Have a deep understanding of how your portfolio is performing so you can feed insights and trends back to BP team and your Managing Director.
  • Oversee our existing VIP creator growth initiatives to boost creator earnings, drive app usage and meet company targets. 
  • Lead ideation and implementation of growth strategies based on data feed into the team to ensure influencers are increasing their earnings. 
  • Attend influencer events when necessary
  • Streamline Agency relationships and communications and help devise processes and strategies that will add value to our agent partners. 
  • Educate agencies on how to engage their creators on LTK, how to win campaigns and how to deliver the best results to our brand partners.
  • Provide monthly reporting to Agencies on LTK Creator Performance and upcoming campaigns. 
  • Be the go-to person for all things creator business strategy; building the best in class relationships both personally and via your team as well as helping your team deliver to goals to ensure they are hit and feeding back to managing director.

What you will bring to LTK

  • 3 years client facing experience in influencer marketing, tech, affiliate marketing, talent management performance marketing or e-commerce. Categories in fashion, beauty, lifestyle are preferred.
  • 3 years management experience and setting longterm and shortterm strategy for your team
  • Experience in manipulating data to inform wider business decisions and lead the strategy ideation to ensure seamless execution for your portfolio 
  • Excellent understanding of the social media landscape and trends in UK (i.e. TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube, Instagram, etc.). 
  • Proactive communication and can do attitude 
  • Confident, friendly with excellent verbal, written and phone skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organized and completes work in a timely manner. 
  • Proficiency with general office software (Excel, Keynote, Word, Google Docs)
  • Organized and self motivated 
  • Be client focussed with respect to brand and creators 
  • CRM Platform experience in Hubspot or equivalent preferred.
  • Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence
  • Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • A growth mindset and openness to feedback
