Position Title: Creator Success, Lead
About the role
At a stage of hypergrowth, LTK, the world's largest creator monetisation platform, is looking for a Creator Success, Lead to set and oversee the recruitment and growth strategy for our Creator Success Team in Australia. The Creator Success Team comprises to two account executives who report into Lead. As lead, you will be responsible for providing support, leadership and guidance to your team in order to help them prioritise their workload and meet their targets.
In this role you will need to analyse data and trends on a weekly basis in order to identify potential growth opportunities that will inform our creator development and expansion strategies. The ideal candidate is expected to have an analytical mindset and a strong understanding of performance marketing in order to leverage LTK insights and devise high impact initiatives that will drive creator recruitment, growth and retention. You and your team will be expected to implement these initiatives as well as assess and report back on the impact of this work.
In addition to leading the CS team, this role will own a small portfolio of approximately 50 high-potential creators and agencies. 1:1 meetings are an important part of any role on the Creator Success team and so strong communication skills are essential. You will partner closely with influencers and agencies alike to empower them with the best information, education and insights needed to scale their business and grow their earnings.
We are looking for an individual who can work well under pressure, is flexible and easily able to multi-task and re-prioritize when necessary. The number one quality we are looking for is someone with intrinsic motivation to get work done.This individual must ensure that information is presented accurately, appropriately, and that reporting requirements and deadlines are met in a timely fashion.
