Work Hours: Monday - Friday Standard Business Hours

Location: Indy East, 2700 N Richardt Ave, Indianapolis, Indiana

As our Recruiter you will:

* Manage and process candidate flow for local site job requisitions, including but not limited to screening, interviewing, hiring, and dispositioning candidates as necessary

* Maintain and manage ATS systems to ensure all candidates and requests are processed correctly and in a timely manner

* Communicate with hiring managers and HR Managers efficiently and often to evaluate changing and ongoing needs of departments. Conduct recruitment strategy discussions for each role.

* Provide a good candidate experience start to finish that aligns with Lakeside's standards, ensure interview processes are being followed by interview teams.

* Passively source candidates for roles, conduct passive outreach and plan for recruitment needs accordingly. Attend job fairs, career fairs and host hiring events as needed.

* Report weekly on open roles, status of roles and how many candidates are in process for each role.

* Uphold best practices in employment laws, ensure all candidates are processed according to those laws.

* Work closely with the team to move candidates through from start to finish.

Qualifications:

* College degree preferred, not required

* Minimum of 3 years of full life cycle recruitment experience

* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in addition to excellent organization and time management skills.

* Ability to work under pressure to fill positions, ability to make presentations to large groups of applicants

* Understanding of the fulfillment/distribution/supply chain industry

* Strong abilities in ATS software, recruiting platforms, and social media

* Thorough knowledge of employment laws
