Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced dental recruiter to join our team. As a dental recruiter, you will play a crucial role in managing various recruiting efforts and campaigns. Having a solid and consistent, professional social media presence is also a part of this. This role will assist with recruiting for both clinical and admin roles.
Duties (Include but are not limited to):
- Create a efficient and effective workflow for attracting and retaining candidates.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with current trends in dentistry that could affect how recruiting is handled.
- Manage ATS and be aware of where candidates are in the
- Coordinate employee onboarding to ensure a pleasant and efficient experience for all.
- Collaborate with management to identify talent needs and support succession planning efforts
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience-Dentistry a PLUS!
- Strong understanding of HR systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
