Midwest Technology Partnership Llc is Hiring a Contract Recruiter Near Indianapolis, IN

Main Purpose of Position:

The primary responsibility of the Full-Cycle Recruiter is to drive the full cycle recruiting and hiring process, ensuring that open positions are filled as quickly as possible with the best talent. This individual will communicate directly with colleagues in the recruiting division to ensure effective hiring, onboarding and placement. It is imperative that the individual filling this role is effective at acquiring top quality candidates.

Responsibilities include and are not restricted to the following:

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process from inception to offer acceptance.
  • Utilize innovative and effective sourcing strategies.
  • Interview and evaluate candidates for role based fit.
  • Organize and review feedback from interviewers and lead the selection process
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of offers
  • Compliance with, but not limited to, adherence to OFCCP and EEOC guidelines as they relate to the hiring process
  • Ensure adherence to data integrity, compliance and privacy guidelines.
  • Establish relationship with key business support personnel
  • Create a culture of customer service by partnering with hiring managers to collaborate on successful hiring decisions.
  • Timely hiring cycle with quality candidates
  • Answer questions as needed from business partners, staff, candidates and new Elanco employees

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Previous full cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employment practices and compliance
  • Thorough knowledge of all relevant federal and state laws that govern recruitment and selection decisions (i.e., interviewing, reference checks, etc.)
  • Great customer service skills. Present positive and professional image of the company in the community.
  • Proven relationship builder
  • Working knowledge of social and technical job boards
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills required.
  • Appropriate tact in communicating with candidates and others.
  • Ability to always maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient computer skills and expertise in basic Microsoft Office programs required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant recruitment experience required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment preferred.

Education and Experience Preferred:

  • BS Degree in Business or Human Resources
