Director of Studio Sales & Operations (Mar 2024)

In this key role, you'll be at the helm of our expansion, driving operational excellence and cultivating unparalleled hospitality and customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Lead operational and financial oversight for multiple studios (currently in Los Angeles and Orange County), ensuring seamless pre-launch set-up, sales and ongoing operations.
• Drive revenue, sales targets, and profitability, while nurturing top talent within our unique environment. 
• Oversee day-to-day studio operations, implementing company-wide strategies and fostering a culture of hospitality and excellence that is consistent across all studios.
• Mentor and develop our team of front desk concierge and studio managers, empowering them to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain the highest standards in fitness experiences, aligned with our brand ethos and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and optimize class schedules, maximizing studio utilization.
• Generate insightful reports on key performance indicators, guiding strategic decisions and initiatives.
• Spearhead local marketing strategies to surpass studio goals, building strong community engagement and cultivate relationships with local health, fitness, and wellness communities, elevating our brand presence.
• Embrace our brand values of honesty, transparency, selflessness and kindness. 
• Exude a genuine passion for fitness, wellness and hospitality.
• Serve as a brand and cultural ambassador both within and beyond our studios.

Requirements:

• No ego. Willing to jump in, show the team that no job is too small and do what it takes, including in the field.
• This is not a “9-5.” Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. You will be full-time and exempt (expect around 40 hours/week of hybrid work with 75% of your time in the field. 
• Previous management experience in high-end fitness or retail, with a passion for hospitality.
• Proficiency in G-Suite, MS Office and booking/POS systems
• Strong analytical skills. 
• Hospitality experience is a major plus.
• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving profitability.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, with a focus on team building and talent development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for problem-solving and innovation.
• Outstanding communication skills and a natural affinity for client relations.
• Hybrid work from home and in the field in Los Angeles/Orange County. Willingness to drive, as needed.

Benefits:

• Competitive compensation: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
