THIS TERRITORY FOR THIS POSITION WILL BE THE ENTIRE STATE OF TEXAS

Summary: Sales of Lockmasters Products to the current customer base. Develop and gain new customers for Lockmasters products, travel to sales calls and trade shows when required. Teach sales seminars when needed to potential or existing customers, and Lockmasters employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following.

• Outside sales calls - state of Texas
• Take customer orders, open new accounts and grow existing accounts, ability to upsell and generate add-on sales
• Build sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive communication with customers
• Maintains accurate customer records by updating account information
• Assist purchasing department in sourcing parts and products when required
• Work with MFG. and factory sales reps.
• Assist in returning product when needed
• Be qualified to sell and provide tech support for government related locks and tools
• Teach classes to outside customers
• Schedule Sales calls and activities
• Generate new accounts sales, maintain and grow profits from accounts
• Assist in preparing for tradeshows, attend and participate in tradeshows
• Work with other sales and customer service staff and provide assistance when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Skills / Trainings / Certifications / Degrees

• Technical knowledge and/or experience in the related field
• Ability to use PC and learn company computer system
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
• Excellent phone skills

Education and /or Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent work experience, consisting of a minimum of 5 years related experience
• Valid driver’s license
