THIS POSITION REQUIRES YOU TO WORK ONSITE IN NICHOLASVILE, KY.

WE ARE LOCATED IN NICHOLASVILLE, KY.

Summary: Assist marketing leadership in the planning, design and implementation of marketing plans and tactics focused on enhancing brand awareness, driving web traffic, and acquiring leads/customers specifically around our different product categories. Develop, implement, and manage digital and direct mail campaigns that capture the essence of the products we offer, the value we provide beyond the manufacturers, and the expertise of Lockmasters in the different product categories. Collaboration with product management and other marketing and sales functions is critical.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following:

  • Develop an overall marketing plan with campaigns and tactics geared toward the audiences of our different product categories. Understand the personas of the audience and develop tactics that will help grow sales revenue with existing customers and bring in new customers who are not currently doing business with Lockmasters.
  • Leverage SalesForce Account Engagement (Pardot) toolset to be able to execute digital campaigns and tactics connected with SalesForce Sales Cloud. Be able to set up and execute campaigns in Account Engagement with lead scoring and lead routing to the appropriate sales teams and account owners.
  • Operate as an active user of the ZoomInfo platform to increase our understanding of our customers and identify new potential customers that we can target and reach with our new customer messaging.
  • Evaluate and recommend digital enhancements to augment our product marketing areas, including merchandizing of the products we sell online, improving and enhancing the content on our website within those product category areas, and Salesdriving a successful level of content to improve and drive organic search (SEO) to our website.
  • Development of marketing communications calendar, aligning messages with appropriate channel, utilizing multi-channel communication strategy to drive more visitors to website.
  • Analysis and reporting on campaign metrics.
  • Collaborate with the sales, product management, and training departments.
  • Monitor industry best practices to help us grow and enhance our marketing activities and tactics.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing team in printing and distribution of training manuals for Lockmasters Security Institute.
  • Support the marketing team in completing and organizing our website for the best customer experience.
  • Serve as a backup for website administration.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of executing digital marketing campaigns with SalesForce Account Engagement (Pardot) or SalesForce Marketing Cloud.
  • 2 years’ experience designing and developing digital marketing campaigns with a demonstrated success of increasing traffic, qualified leads, and sales.
  • Experience in a product oriented B2B company
  • Understanding and experience with using third-party data tools for identifying new companies and contacts.
  • Experience with relevant software applications - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Salesforce.com
