Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential customers, and closing sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building relationships with clients.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Use Salesforce or other CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress
- Conduct warm calling to follow up with leads and nurture customer relationships
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively promote our products
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred
- Fluent in both English and Spanish languages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in using CRM software, such as Salesforce
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
