LHH is Hiring an Office assistant Near Bothell, WA

Position Title : Office Assistant

Location : Onsite in Bothell, Washington

Pay Rate : $18 per hour

Hours : Monday through Friday, full time

Duration : Contract to hire

Position Purpose :

The Office Assistant will support office operations by performing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day functionality of the office.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Handle requests for information and data from colleagues and management.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including mail and email.
  • Maintain office supply inventories and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
  • Provide assistance to visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
