Salary : $20 to $23 per hour, plus Comprehensive Benefits

LHH is partnering with adynamic and thriving firm located in Downtown Oakland, committed to delivering exceptional legal services, in seeking a Reception / Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities :

• Front Desk Operations : Greet clients, manage calls, and direct inquiries.
• Scanning and Copying : Assist with organized document scanning, copying, and filing.
• Time Entry : Accurately record and input time data into relevant systems.
• General Administrative Tasks : Refill copiers, monitor supplies, and maintain common areas.
• Learning and Growth : Embrace new challenges for professional development in the legal field.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior admin experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and office equipment.
• Ability to multitask efficiently with a positive and adaptable attitude.
