We’re looking for a Key Account Manager with considerable sales and industry experience to join our Customer Experience team in the US. The Key Account Manager is accountable for the achievement of net revenue growth of select partners and target national accounts in the Les Mills US business. We're looking for candidates based within the US with access to a major airport.
THE KIND OF THINGS YOU WILL BE INVOLVED IN:

    • Development of the territory plan for specific Key Accounts, including achievement of net revenue growth targets and club partner loyalty targets, training and delivery execution of the Les Mills value proposition, healthy conversations, activity management, new product sales etc.
    • Ensure the development of strong relationships with Key Accounts while utilizing the support of our CX team for partnership performance reviews, reviewing partner data for gaps and/or trends, timetable/schedule analysis, seminars/ webinars presentations, calls to at-risk partners, exit interviews and identifying upsell opportunities
    • Identifying integration and synergies with other LMUS teams to achieve net revenue, customer loyalty and employee satisfaction objectives.

  • Proven ability to lead a territory with a focus on driving net revenue growth and club loyalty
  • Proven ability to drive cross functional team relationships
  • Extensive personal account management, commercial and sales experience
  • Extensive industry knowledge and commercial astuteness
  • Excellent presentation skills, both to individuals and groups
  • Energized by relationships and customer-facing activity
  • Accountable, confident, and have a proven track record
  • Enjoy working in an environment of ambiguity
  • Energetic and not afraid to work flexibly to get the job done
  • Remain calm under pressure
  • Self-motivated, flexible and resilient
