Reputable immigration practice concentrating in deportation defense seeking legal assistant that is passionate about defending the rights of immigrants.
EXPERIENCED LEVEL POSITION :
Applicant should have experience preparing application packets for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, National Visa Center and Immigration Court. However, we are also willing to train applicants who possess strong writing and reading comprehension skills, have the ability to follow multi step instructions independently, and can handle a high volume of files. To prepare the application packets, the position entails writing affidavits, researching country conditions, and requesting supporting documents.
Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
Job Type: Full-time
