Legal Assistant - Las Vegas

Mandarich Law Group, LLP is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firm with offices in CA, IL, NY, MI, OH, GA and FL. We are expanding our Las Vegas, NV office and seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to join our firm.

Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM , In-office

What You'll Do:

• Follow set procedures and steps to review accounts.
• Possible e-filing approved documents on various court portals.
• Following up on e-filed documents online, downloading filed documents.
• Docketing relevant information.
• Communicating with court clerks for status updates via phone.
• Closing accounts in our system once certain criteria has been met.

What You'll Need:

• Prior law firm experience.
• Prior banking or logistics experience also a plus.
• Minimum High School, preferred Paralegal Certificate, Bachelors
