Accounts Payable Analyst

Latch is looking for an extraordinarily talented Accounts Payable Analyst to support the Accounts Payable Manager and AP Project lead with the 3rd party platform, invoice research and resolution, supplier process and analysis, and monthly metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support the 3rd party platform for processing supplier invoices, including daily balancing of invoices from the platform into the client's ERP system, reviewing and resolving invoices via the 3rd party platform or email, contacting suppliers when necessary, and providing training and support on platform-related projects across various locations.
• Perform Supplier Statement Reconciliations and Analysis as assigned, leveraging strong Excel skills.
• Assist with supplier review and approval for new and modified supplier requests, as well as supplier consolidation and master data review, requiring strong Excel skills. Additionally, assist with the annual 1099 process.
• Contribute to monthly reporting and AP metrics, as well as assist with other areas of analysis such as cash flow.
• Provide support with day-to-day AP processing as needed.
• Ensure documentation of procedures related to assigned responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience.
• High School Degree / Associates Degree OR Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting with 0-2 years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel required.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and timely communication of information.
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being a strong individual contributor.
• Exposure to OneStream, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor XA, Baan, and Power BI considered a plus.
