Therole:
The Director of Human Resources (Las Vegas) will lead thePeople Operations at our largest location at the Mandalay Bay Casino in LasVegas. Our largest and most complex operation yet will require a people leaderto support a team that will deliver world class hospitality to our guests, ourpartners, and our team members. We hope to become a best-in-class employer inthe Las Vegas market and deliver excellent experiences to exceed theexpectations of all of our team members.
Ourperfect candidate has:
- 5 years of work experience as a Human ResourcesDirector or Senior Human Resources Manager within the hospitality industry
- Human Resources experience providing supportto leaders within a large scale, national business
- Thorough knowledge of Nevada, andparticularly Las Vegas laws and regulations
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP and/or AWICertification
- The ability to travel both domesticallyon a regular basis and as needed for the business
