Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including utilizing Taleo, SAP, Workday, ATS, and other HR systems
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, including OSHA standards
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate open enrollment activities
- Conduct data collection and analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational development initiatives
- Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Experience with budgeting and financial management related to HR activities
- Strong data collection and analysis skills to drive informed decision-making
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems such as Taleo, SAP, Workday, ATS, or PeopleSoft
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
