Administrative Assistants needed in Long Island City and Westchester offices for HVAC/Construction Company
Previous experience with a construction firm is required and a must!
Qualifications should include: Computer Savvy, Microsoft Word and Outlook, Excel, Multi-tasking and Team Worker.
Duties include but are not limited to: Assisting Project Managers with various tasks, typing Proposals, P.O’s and C.O’s, maintain proposal and change order logs, assist in preparing and maintaining expediting logs, prepare bid documents, data entry assignments (word, excel), writing and answering e-mails, setting up folders and files.
Hrs. are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Paid Vacation & Benefits. Salary based on Experience
