Kinship and Metier are the restaurants of James Beard Award Winner Chef Eric Ziebold. The restaurants are located in the Mount Vernon neighborhood of the city, in an historic building dating back to 1907.
Kinship offers an A la Carte menu in a bustling and elegant dining room, as well as a 15 seat bar and a lounge area. Metier offers an intimate tasting menu experience in an 11 tables-dining room.
The restaurants commit themselves to offer creative and contemporary American cuisine with a continued dedication to hospitality.
We're seeking committed line cooks for both restaurants. Successful applicants will : work quickly, cleanly, efficiently and in an organized fashion, be open to feedback and eager to learn, communicate effectively, and have an unwavering commitment to quality.
Qualified candidates should preferably have 1 year of experience in a restaurant.
