Accounts Payable Clerk (Part time contract)
Part time contract through the end of the year, no more then 25 hours per week, very flexible.

OUR TEAM
Kinship is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. You will report to our Accounting Manager and partner with our business units and teams across Kinship's global organization. Responsibilities will include accurate and compliant processing of vendor invoices and vendor payments for multiple Lines of Business, assisting with Vendor Onboarding and maintenance while ensuring appropriate documentation, and additional ad-hoc projects as needed. This role requires a hands-on detailed-oriented individual that is comfortable asking questions.
HOW YOU'LL HELP EVERYONE PET PARENT LIKE A PRO

• Verifying and accurately entering invoices into Netsuite.
• Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payments and other charges.
• Ensure vendors have proper documentation on file (1099, tax exemption forms, etc.)
• Assist with the vendor onboarding process.
• Additional projects as needed.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written communication
• Excel experience
• Comfortable with asking questions and taking the initiative to resolve them
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic fast paced environment with tight deadlines
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work product
• Strong customer service skills and stakeholder management

Rate: $25/hour
