Ivy Crest Academy of Early Learning is growing our team! We are hiring for Full Time Lead Chef. We are a family owned and operated center and are looking for energetic and personable teachers with a true passion and desire for teaching young minds! Must be willing to gain CPR/First Aid Certification AND pass FBI fingerprint/background check upon hire.

Responsibilities:

• Follow and adhere to all FP Assistance, and health department standards.
• Create a menu that meets FP Assistance standards, and aligns with center values.
• Prepare meals for students in a timely manner.
• Clean and organize the kitchen, pantries, and cafe.
• Keeping track of food orders and supplies needed.
• Stock all supplies daily
• Picking up food orders as needed

Qualifications:

• Food Managers Certificate Required
• Previous experience working in a childcare kitchen setting
• Strong knowledge of food allergies pertaining to children
• Meet all state licensing standards
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task are a must.
• A desire to have FUN!!!
