Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system
- Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and answering customer inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food truck
- Assist with bussing tables and keeping the dining area clean
- Follow all food safety protocols and guidelines
- Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service
