Kforce Technology Staffing is Hiring a Remote Technical Support Specialist

Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client looking for a remote Technical Support Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
* Technical Support: Provide daily technical support for systems, applications, and programs, with a focus on staffing model administration
* Answering Phones: Efficiently handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals as necessary
* Strategic Staffing Planning: Collaborate with management to develop short and long-term staffing plans, analyzing branch/department staffing efficiencies and recommending enhancements
* Project Management: Manage projects and application upgrades, coordinating updates and changes to systems and programs as needed
* Basic Microsoft Office: Utilize Microsoft Office applications for administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and spreadsheet management
* Customer Service: Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively
* Excellent Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing
* Flexibility and Proactivity: Adapt to changing priorities, demonstrate organizational skills, and exhibit a proactive approach to tasks
* Good Telephone Manner: Maintain a polite and helpful demeanor when engaging with customers over the phone
* Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Assess situations, identify issues, and propose effective solutions while managing time efficiently
REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma/GED required
* Branch banking experience - familiarity with branch banking operations is advantageous
* Proficiency in Microsoft Access; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Access is preferred, though proficiency within one year of acceptance into the position is required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
