Software Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated technical support team member to join our Business Development team. This person will be the “tech hero” for both our internal bizdev team and our clients to investigate and problem-solve software solutions.

Good technical writing skills
Phenomenal attention to detail
Excellent customer experience - able to represent the company professionally and positively at all times
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for the business development team with the various softwares we use internally
Provide technical support for our clients in regards to forwarding their phones, setting up their Jill website chat, helping with technical support with their CRM/software as it relates to the Jills, integrations, and other technical issues
Communicate/meet with clients (either through phone, email, text, or Google Meet) to help troubleshoot integrations, phone forwarding, Jill chat, and other technical issues
Create tutorials and articles to help clients set up connections of their software with Jill’s Office - either through zapier or a direct integration
Document and track customer issues and resolutions to update our knowledge base (“Jillpedia”), maintaining detailed records of technical problems and their solutions.
Train and guide the bizdev team and clients on new features in the Jill’s Office system
Performs weekly maintenance needs with phone numbers in Twilio
In charge of making sure all technical support issues in the bizdev tech support slack room are resolved
Assist with quality assurance testing of Jill’s Office zapier and direct integrations
Help with special projects as needed
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
