Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the office, which helps it run smoothly. Administrative Assistant is required to perform coordinating office’s administrative activities and storing, retrieving, and integrating information for dissemination to staff and clients.
Working Relationships: The Occupancy Specialist reports to the Property Manager and/or Assistant Property Manager.
Position Responsibilities In your position, you will be responsible for all matters associated with assisting Key Property Manager Services’ office administration. This would include providing answering phones, receiving, and directing visitors, word processing, filing, faxing, assisting with rent collection and rent posting, assisting with accounts payable, responsible for all administrative support, and other duties as assigned. You will report to the Property Manager and will work with various other leaders on staff to implement some of your responsibilities outlined above.

Qualifications Summary of Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Managing Processes, Organization, Analyzing Information, Professionalism, Problem Solving, Supply Management, Inventory Control, Verbal Communication. • Word processing, writing and communication skills. • Highly skilled and very proficient at using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • Ability to effectively use the telephone, mail services and websites. • Must be able to create and manage spreadsheets and databases, compose correspondence for clients and internal office personnel. • Ability to perform duties in an organized manner under limited supervision within established deadlines.

Salary $35k-$40k annual salary Job Type & Schedule Exempt M-F 8-5.
