As a Business Development Manager at Kept Companies, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth in your market. Leveraging your sales expertise, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities through strategic cold calling and networking efforts.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional account management to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Demonstrating exceptional time management skills to efficiently prioritize tasks and maximize productivity.
  • Showcasing our comprehensive suite of services to potential clients and tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary of $70,000 plus uncapped commissions on all ongoing revenue generated through your sales in your territory. Pay range listed is just the first-year forecast.

Requirements:

  • Live in the Minneapolis area within a reasonable distance to our Operations Center in Edina.
  • Proven track record in sales, with experience in cold calling, account management, and territory management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our services.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business success.

The listed compensation reflects reasonable expectations for the first year of production. Subsequent years’ compensation will grow as you bring on more accounts to your book of business. There is no cap on commissions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,450.00 - $87,391.00 per year
