Job Details

Location: Lakewood Ranch, FL. You must live within 30 minutes of the location and have a personal vehicle you can use for occasional work errands.

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 Bonus Potential

Benefits: Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off

Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed

• Manage systems to streamline our real estate business operations.
• Coordinate the agent’s schedule efficiently.
• Ensure database accuracy and manage updates.
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
• Oversee agent appointments and handle client communications.
• Organize and maintain transaction documents and information.
• Facilitate a positive client experience alongside the team.

• Previous real estate experience preferred.
• Proficiency in platforms such as Canva, Office Management Platforms, and CRMs.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting a professional in the real estate industry or similar service-based profession.
