The Certified Collectibles Group (CCG) is seeking an entry level Operations Coordinator to facilitate operational communication and assist in project follow through.
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth functioning of our operations department. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including meeting coordination, note-taking, communication with operations managers, and generating and analyzing reports.
In this role, some of your responsibilities will include:
  • Facilitating cross-functional communication between various management levels.
  • Working with team leaders and managers to learn & help with departmental needs and goals, and other administrative tasks.
  • Delivering reports to and from Operations Leadership.
  • Maintain daily oversight regarding projects specifically assigned to this role.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, both internally and externally, for the operations department.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and ensure timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings and take accurate and comprehensive notes, highlighting key discussion points, action items, and decisions.
  • Compile and organize data to generate reports
  • Analyze reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, providing insights to the operations team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors in business, operations, or supply chain management.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a production-based field.
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in operations or project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and report generation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus (Power BI, LOOKER)
