Shipping / Transfer Clerk ($16 /hour)

Certified Collectibles Group (CCG) is seeking an Entry-level Shipping / Transfer Clerk to join our ever expanding and growing operations team here in Sarasota Florida. CCG is the world’s leading experts in independent and impartial third-party authentication and grading for coins, currency, comics, magazines, concert posters, trading and sports cards.

Specific responsibilities CCG will train you in will include:

Verifying items received for transfer between departments by inspecting condition of items; comparing counts to invoices and noting any discrepancies
Scan and record identifying product information into company database system
Prepare transfers by assembling, packing, protecting and labeling final packaging
Performs other duties as business needs arise and are assigned

What will help you succeed in this role:

You have a strong desire to succeed
Your are highly organized and detail oriented
Your are comfortable with computerized systems and are able to enter data into systems
You have proven time management skills focusing on urgent and overlapping deadlines
You must be able to safely lift 25 lbs.
You have the ability to work occasional overtime hours needed business needs arise
You can work independently and as part of a team
