Job Title: Operations Manager
Reports to: Vice President
Base Location: Sarasota, Florida 34240
Classification: Exempt
Starting Pay Rate: Competitive Salary
Summary:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for all field personnel. This individual will work closely with all the project managers to support their resource needs on a daily basis.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversees all construction crews, hiring of new employees, scheduling, training, etc.
- Holds regular meetings with managers to go over crew needs.
- Interviews and hiring of new field employees.
Education and / or Experience:
- Candidate must have at least 5-10 years of experience as a crew lead.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written a must
- Travel is required within the state of FL.
- Valid drivers license and clean background
