This leader has operational accountability and oversight, and manages the daily activities of Hospitality Services Operations. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring team work tasks, projects, and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of departmental and organizational goals.
Required Qualifications:- Require a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field. Relevant experience in a working in hospitality services in a hospital setting can be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required degree.
- Require a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Environmental Services management within a hospital setting
- Prefer the ability to balance multiple priorities in a demanding environment with responsibility for multi-skilled position.
- Prefer the ability to direct, control and coordinate activities of assigned personnel.
- Prefer proficiency in the use of computer software with Microsoft Word, Excel, Approach, and intranet/internet.
- Prefer the ability to be adaptable and willing to adjust accordingly to the needs of the department and/or health care system.
