Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register or POS system
- Knowledge of electronics sales or jewelry sales is a plus
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
