WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Channel Enablement Manager will work directly with MSP customers to provide hands-on support to ensure their success with Kaseya’s product lines. This role is critical to ensure satisfaction and retention across thousands of MSPs. The CSM will be the sales and marketing expert working directly with various employees at each MSP to lead training on various product features and tactics, as well as provide hands-on coaching to help our partners sell the solutions.
