JUICE GENERATION is Hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist Near New York, NY
Job Description
Juice Generation is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team at our midtown Manhattan office. As a member of our accounting team, you will help process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The AP specialist will have a daily, ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners. We offer a competitive compensation package including health/dental/vision benefits, 401K match and generous product discounts.
Responsibilities:
Full-cycle accounts payable.
Preparation of check runs and electronic payments.
Maintenance of all accounts payable reports and files.
Daily reconciliation of payments and bank statements.
Monthly reconciliation of AMEX credit card statement.
Processing of intercompany invoices.
General Ledger (GL) accruals for outstanding internal expenses.
Update ERP system with vendor updates and additional vendor management as necessary.
Maintain W-9 files. Prepare and file 1099s.
Assist in month-end closing.
Requirements and skills:
Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist.
Knowledge of accounts payable principles and accounting standards.
Extensive experience in vendor statement account reconciliation.
Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
Multi-unit hospitality/retail industry experience preferred.
Microsoft Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP’s, PivotTables) required.
Great Plains / Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
