• Review invoices portfolio-wide for accuracy via PayScan
• Scan and enter legal, acquisitions, and executive invoices that are not processed through PayScan
• Research past due/problem invoices and follow-up with vendors and building personnel with resolutions as required
• Process invoices for a weekly check run
• Review checks for accuracy prior to mailing

Skills and Qualifications
Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. 2 years’ experience in accounts payable.

Skills and/or Abilities Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Willingness to participate in special projects and quickly get up to speed; strong comprehension skills are necessary. Willing to work late on occasion when necessary.

Communication Skills Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Superb teamwork and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong working relationships. Advanced organizational skills, with ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced business environment. Ability to coordinate multiple workflows and simultaneous deliverables.
