Salary: $65,000.00 USD Annually - $80,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a IT Service Desk Analyst! This is an FTE role requiring of onsite/hybrid work capability in St. Louis, MO.
Position Focus:
- This position is part of the team that provides the first line of Information Technology service for end users across the United States.
- The environment is entirely Windows based and most applications are Software as a Service.
- You will field phone calls, texts, emails, chats and in person requests and it will be your responsibility to evaluate, prioritize, resolve, and document them utilizing the company standard ITSM application.
- By being the primary point of contact you will act as a liaison between users and higher tiers of support including third-party support. This will put you in a position to help identify trends with support requests and proactively investigate new issues.
- Most requests will require installing, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, or upgrading all types of hardware and equipment such as PCs, multifunction printers, or headsets.
- Basic knowledge of networking, malware identification and removal, Phishing identification, Active Directory, Office365/M365 administration, Windows 10, and Office365 suite (Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint).
- Two years of technical support experience or related degree/certification.
- Solid communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to work independently, to be trustworthy and efficient.
- Professional, personable and a desire to learn, grow and contribute to the success of the team and organization.
