As a key figure in our US operations, this role is pivotal in expanding our product-led proposition in North America. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader in product management, experienced in guiding teams to deliver outstanding value across a diverse product portfolio. This position calls for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in both product management and consultancy roles.

The Role:

In this role, you will consult with senior client leadership to define robust business and product strategies, enabling teams to achieve business objectives. You will be instrumental in building and guiding product teams, providing coaching and mentorship to senior Product Managers. Your role will involve leading business pitches, showcasing the value of Product Management, and assisting colleagues with complex challenges. As a charismatic leader, you bring vitality and enthusiasm to both internal and external teams and play a crucial role in the recruitment and management of team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of business and product strategies in the US market, focusing on digital products and services.
• Drive the expansion of our product practice and product-led proposition in North America.
• Engage in pre-sales activities and direct client interactions to establish and nurture productive relationships.
• Recruit, manage, and mentor product teams, fostering a user-centric approach to product development.
• Offer expert advice on organizational design and process improvement to enhance Indigo Slate a Zensar Company service offerings.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrable experience in leading complex product initiatives across domestic and international markets.
• Proven ability in shaping a business's product vision and managing P&L responsibilities.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships up to the c-suite level.
• Expertise in leading, recruiting, training, and mentoring high-performing product teams.
• Strong consulting background with a focus on organizational design and process enhancement.
• Ability to identify viable opportunities and prioritize them based on value, feasibility, and effort.

Salary range - USD 125,000 to USD 180,000
