As OCI continues to expand its offerings, the Multicloud Product Management team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of OCI’s cloud services by integrating with other cloud providers, offering customers unprecedented flexibility and choice.

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Director of Product Management to lead our Multicloud Product Management team. This role is crucial in developing and executing the strategy and roadmap for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s Multicloud initiatives, including leading product integration with Azure, and expanding Oracle’s Multicloud offerings to other cloud services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with a significant portion focused on cloud services or related technologies.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, high-stakes product initiatives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Deep technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, services, and multicloud strategies.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing high-performing teams.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with a strong focus on delivering value to customers.
• Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent partner management skills with experience in building and nurturing strategic partnerships.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
