Hispanic Technology Executive Council is Hiring a Senior Director of Product Management - OCI Multicloud Near Seattle, WA

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is the fastest growing hyperscale IaaS platform. As OCI continues to expand its offerings, the Multicloud Product Management team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of OCIs cloud services by integrating with other cloud providers, offering customers unprecedented flexibility and choice.

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Director of Product Management to lead our Multicloud Product Management team. This role is crucial in developing and driving the strategy and roadmap for Oracle Cloud Infrastructures Multicloud initiatives, including leading product integration with Azure, and expanding Oracles Multicloud offerings to other cloud services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with a significant portion focused on cloud services or related technologies.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, high-stakes product initiatives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Deep technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, services, and multicloud strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing impactful teams.
  • Customer-obsessed mentality with a strong focus on delivering value to customers.
  • Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent partner management skills with experience in building and nurturing strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent. An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive multicloud strategy and roadmap in alignment with OCIs overall business goals.
  • Lead the integration of OCI services with Azure and drive the expansion of Oracles Multicloud offerings to other major cloud providers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and other team members to bring new multicloud features and services to market.
  • Understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and strategy.
  • Provide thought leadership and drive innovation in the multicloud domain.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their challenges, and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow an impactful product management team.
  • Foster strong partnerships with external cloud providers and other strategic partners.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to deliver on product achievements and ensure a seamless customer experience.

US: Hiring Range: from $159,300 to $338,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracles differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
