The Role

As Vice President of Product Management for Portals and Management at Ascenda, your mission is to architect and execute visionary strategies that enhance the sophistication and governance of our products. This role demands more than just strategic oversight; it's a clarion call to those with the ingenuity and determination to reshape product management. You'll be instrumental in developing interconnected experiences for our merchant and customer personas, fostering a vibrant ecosystem that thrives on mutual benefit and innovation. By aligning closely with our engineering teams across the globe, you'll ensure that our products not only meet but surpass the expectations of our diverse, international user base. This position is designed for a leader whose foresight in SaaS product development for B2B domaines and is matched by an exemplary track record in fintech (not strictly required though). Your leadership will spearhead the creation of products that are at the forefront of the fintech domain, ensuring every innovation is a step towards a more personalized, user-centric experience.

Who You Are

• An advanced degree holder in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, with an MBA as a strong plus.
• Over 14 years of experience in product management, including significant leadership roles, ideally within the Analytics and Marketing platforms/SaaS products.
• A deep understanding of building experiences related to management, governance and administration of SaaS products.
• A proven track record in building compelling value propositions for customers via data insights and visualizations that tell a unique story.
• A natural leader, leading through the frontlines, who has successfully built and nurtured high-performing product teams, fostering an environment of mentorship and innovation.
• Analytical and strategic in problem-solving, with a history of making data-driven decisions.
• An exceptional communicator and collaborator, adept at working across diverse cultures and time zones.
