Job Description Job Description POSITION OVERVIEW: Responsible for quality review of charts and documents under the regulatory licensing standards in order to ensure program efficacy and compliance; alternate administrator for Electronic Health Record system. Our QA Coordinator will:Select charts, uses census tracking form for monthly chart-compliance audits. Complete audit forms, analyze charts for adherence to evidence-based practices.Monitor unit/agency procedures to offer strategies for improvement to meet chart compliance and best practices.Track and monitor the completion of unit treatment, admissions/discharges, and adherence to outreach policy.Participate in audits of all Behavioral Health programs to ensure agency compliance with regulations and standards.Maintain an intricate knowledge to assist with administrative management of Electronic Health Record System (EHR); provide new user support in maneuvering the EHR.Complete accurate and timely reporting of incidentsSupport medical practitioners and use enhanced follow-up procedures to assure the accuracy of notes, completion of signatures, and consents.WE ARE SEEKING DEDICATED PROFESSIONALS WHO:Desire to embrace and advance the philosophy and objectives of JFK Behavioral HealthHas knowledge in the administration of electronic health records systems.Is skilled in analyzing data to identify trends and convey findings succinctly & professionally.Have in-depth familiarity in compliance protocol and audit procedures in regulated industries.Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PMTRAINING & EXPERIENCE:Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business, psychology or a closely related field.Experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in a non-profit healthcare setting.Experience navigating, configuring and reporting on Electronic Health Record system data.#J-18808-Ljbffr
