Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a part time position with the ability to have flexible work hours.
Duties:
- Communication with vendors
-Bill pay
-Administrative tasks
-Scheduling
-Opening and organizing all mail
-Oversee assignments and tasks
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, mailing, and filing
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
-Running errands on occasion
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in google drive, gmail, dropbox, docusign or other similar cloud based platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Comfortable making phone calls to vendors, contractors, municipalities etc
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
