- Monitor inventory levels and report to Supervisor as needed
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines

- Experience as a sushi chef or in a similar role in the food industry
- Proficiency in sushi preparation techniques, including rolling, cutting, and plating
- Knowledge of different types of fish and seafood used in sushi
- Ability to handle and prepare raw fish safely and hygienically
- Strong attention to detail and presentation skills
- Excellent knife skills and ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Creativity in developing new sushi rolls and flavor combinations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
